Divine Time #1 — in conversation with Zaiba Jabbar
Last week I was invited to speak as the opening episode of Divine Time, a new video series curated by Zaiba Jabbar of HERVISIONS (@hervisions_), hosted by gnration in Braga, Portugal. The series explores sacred tech and alternative temporalities, asking how the languages of cinema, video games, and AI touch the spiritual and metaphysical. The conversation moved through ESHRAQ’s relationship to Suhrawardi’s Illuminationism, the Unreal Engine as an ontological force, and some of the parallel outcomes that I seek to develop on basis of ESHRAQ in the near future.
